Meet Agel’s Newest Double Diamond Directors – Billy Looper and Wes Anderson.

They’ve done it again! Just three months after hitting the coveted Diamond Director rank, Billy Looper and Wes Anderson are Agel’s newest Double Diamond Directors. And after hardly a moment of down time they were back to building towards one of their next goals of hitting Triple Diamond. Between events and various ABBs and PBRs, the duo squeezed in a moment for a quick interview. Here’s what Billy and Wes had to say about their recent rank advancement.

So you just hit Double Diamond. How do you feel?
Wes: To be honest, we have never been more excited about our business than we are right now. We’re seeing so many of our team members hitting ranks and having fun and the business just seems that much more contagious right now. I’ve never been more excited to wake up and do Agel as I am today.

Tell us more about the challenges you’ve faced and how you’ve overcome those challenges.
Billy: Well, the no network-marketing experience was a challenge for about 30 seconds and then we just said that we don’t have the time to recreate this system and we decided to following Randy Gage and Eric Worre’s system and do it with passion, excitement and enthusiasm. And that’s exactly the way it worked...and that’s how we built our business and recruited 67 people, and of those 67 people we have several rock stars and we’ll work with them until we help them go Diamond. We’re still at the beginning of this deal and we can’t wait for the ride to continue.

What qualities are you looking for in an individual to have to be someone you will train and move forward in this business?
Wes: We look for people who are motivate and coachable because we have a system that works, so what we look for is someone who is passionate about life and coachable. You can be smart and a super network marketer from another company but if you come to Agel and try to reinvent the wheel you won’t have the same kind of success. The way we’ve become successful is by being coachable and having passion - a passion for Agel. If you don’t have that passion then there is no way you can ask someone else to join the business and move forward with you.
