Ivan Sisco is Helping Others Achieve Success

Ivan Sisco’s greatest passion is helping others. Before joining Agel, he worked as a schoolteacher and part-time as a youth counselor for Partners for Youth, a nonprofit organization for at-risk youth located in Atlantic Canada.

But when Eric Worre introduced him to Agel on May 27, 2005, Ivan understood that he could reach his goal of truly helping others in an entirely new way. He promptly resigned his school teaching position and started building his Agel business. Initially it was his belief in Worre’s solid track record that hooked him, but later it was the combination of the company, product, timing, management team and stellar compensation plan that confirmed his choice.

"When I found Agel, I was looking for something that could provide me with the lifestyle I’d always wanted in order to do the things I had always wanted to do, and the opportunity to give others the same opportunity," said Ivan.

Since then, he has done just that. He hit Senior Director in his first seven months and Corporate Director in October 2006. He has also seen team members, such as Rob and Rivers Corbett and Les and Lorie Harrell, earn six figure incomes through Agel. Ivan has built a strong network of leaders throughout Canada.

Ivan thinks of his team as "the little engine that could." Coming from a small and sparsely populated area, the deck was stacked against them building much of an organization. Despite such roadblocks his team worked hard, demonstrating passion and vision, and eight short months after the company’s inception, they were one of Agel’s fastest growing teams worldwide; growing fast enough to warrant an official market launch in July 2006.

"If this industry can teach one thing it is that we can touch the emotion of building towards our dreams," said Ivan. "Most are too cool to express such feelings. Here at Agel we see people excited about life and not afraid to show it."

According to Ivan, it doesn’t matter where you live or what your background is, if you allow yourself to be coached and have the desire to build a business, you can flourish. Next stop for him is to become a Diamond Director and help his team achieve their goals along the way.
